Terms of Service

By accessing or using Tallyify, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Tallyify provides AI pricing intelligence and spend-monitoring tools, including a model catalog, price comparisons, cost calculators, usage analytics, alerts, and a privacy-first telemetry SDK and CLI.

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials and API keys secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, other accounts, or our systems.
• Abuse, overload, scrape, or disrupt the service or its API beyond permitted rate limits.
• Reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service except as expressly permitted.
• Submit false, misleading or infringing content (for example, model submissions).

• API access requires a Tallyify API key and is subject to the rate limits and scopes of your plan.
• Keep your API keys confidential; you are responsible for usage made with them.
• The SDK transmits only aggregated usage metrics; you must never send provider API keys, prompts or responses to Tallyify.

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
• We may change plan pricing with reasonable prior notice.

Tallyify aggregates AI model pricing and related data from public sources. While we strive for accuracy, this data is provided “as is”, may be incomplete or out of date, and does not constitute financial, legal or professional advice. Always verify pricing with the official provider before making decisions.

The Tallyify platform, branding, and original content are owned by Tallyify and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the service. Content you submit remains yours, but you grant us a licence to use it to operate the service.

The service integrates with third parties (e.g. AI providers, Stripe). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tallyify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data or business arising from your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Profile → Danger Zone.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
